Nearly 25 years after its launch, Doom II has finally delivered its latest secret.
Indeed, the player Zero Master has just reached 100% completion in Doom II, without the slightest cheat. For this, he had to break through the mystery of level 15 (Industrial Zone), in which we could find a teleporter likely inaccessible. However, with the help of an enemy, the player was finally able to operate this famous teleporter, and thus access a secret area, allowing the passage to complete the game to 100%.
A feat praised obviously by many players, but also by a certain John Romero, father founder of the saga Doom, who congratulated via Twitter the player for his discovery. The feat in question is to be found in the video below, from 3 minutes.
Recall that the Doom saga was born in 1993, and that the license is still appreciated by many players. They can still and always delight in the first adventures of course, but can also find their favorite saga in Ultra HD 4K on Xbox One X in particular, or even in hybrid format with the availability a few months ago of Doom on Nintendo Switch. The eyes of fans are now turning to Doom Eternal, which should be available in 2019.
