Lava is now aiming at being a member of the premium section with Iris Pro 30 being its first product in premium category. Iris Pro 30 is available for Rs. 15,499.

Its design is the best of all what Lava has made so far. The case is made out of magnesium alloy making the body tuff. The handset looks really professional yet stylish. The back cover is made out of soft plastic which is very flexible yet durable. Yes, the looks of handset do give us a feel of iPhone or Gionee Elife E6.
Display:
The screen is 4.7inches with Gorilla Glass. The amazingly high pixel count of 312ppi makes sure that whatever is on your screen is crystal clear.
Interface:
The overall interface is good, with Jelly Beans but the touch response is bit annoying. While fast tying the lagging of touch response can be clearly felt.
Sound:
The built-in speakers have pretty loud output making sure that you won't miss any alerts.
Connectivity:
Device is a Dual-SIM with one slot for 2G and other for 3G. It also comes with Bluetooth 4.0, WiFi and USB 2.0. Unfortunately, there is no NFC or GLONASS.

Camera :
The device has 8MP rear and 3MP front camera. Though the camera is 8MP, the results are not so good especially in low-light. Apart from this, you need to be very patient in order to capture a clear pic because even a slight movement of hand easily makes the captured image blurry.
